trash distributor walmart should discontinue using
pens whatever it writes. distributor is trash. “item delivered to address CINCINNATI” for nearly two weeks. cincinnati is a city not an address nor is it the city in which i live. multiple completely ignored emails in addition to having walmart help center get involved. chalked it up to typical customer service that's become the reality as opposed to occasional hiccup and decided to move on. then out of no where it shows up in mail with no communication. so end of the day i have the pen as the single star rating reflects
