First, install the outer cabinet of the AC in the window and then slide the interior of the air conditioner into place. This unit can also be used for wall installation. Designed for a room up to 500 square feet, this unit gives you both heating and cooling solutions for year round comfort. Plus, with the 24-hour on/off timer, you can ensure the room will be comfortable when you want it to be without having to worry about running up your utility bills.

DO NOT BUY, DOES NOT WORK !!
I would rate this a zero if I could. I read the review and thought for the heat side of it maybe it would be ok. NO we put it on heat it was blowing only cold air. So after about 15 mins. It started feeling a little warm, then back to cold again. Never got warm. In fact Temp dropped 10 degrees. SO for the heat side of unit don't waste your time. Also package was damaged, when we picked it up at walmart. Just to found out Amazon shipped it there.
