Great, Affordable Umbrella Base

This is my fourth umbrella stand in 3 years. The metal stands tend to break because of the cheap spot-welding while this stand is inset into the base with a solid plastic that would bend a little without breaking. The 50 lbs of sand offer stability but additional reinforcement is needed. I used two dog stake screws in the ground and a bungie cord wrapping between from side to side. This stand will save you money over the years and stand up to the wind! Thanks Jack

We researched this umbrella stand on the internet. We read all the reviews. The cost at Walmart was good and the description told us that the umbrella we had would fit. It explained that you wanted to use clean play stand to fill it and that it would weigh 50 pounds. Was delivered on time with no shipping charges. We were very pleased with the quality and it was easy to fill. Holds the umbrella up very well. We are very satisfied and would recommend for others who need a sturdy umbrella stand.
