Great supplement to try
I've been wanting to get Omega 3 capsules. I'm so glad it's naturally free from ocean-borne contaminants like mercury and PCBs, and leaves no footprint on the ocean ecosystem. Algae oil is a great plant-based alternative if you don't eat seafood or can't tolerate fish oil and offers powerful antioxidant protection so I'm very excited to try this supplement.

Omega 3 With No Fishy Taste/Smell
I have found that supplements generally take a few weeks to become noticeably effective when I start a new product. Yet instead of waiting for weeks to provide my opinion on the Pure & Essential Vegan Omega 3 with Astaxanthin, I want to provide a great review after only using this product for ten days. I am very happy with this product because I can get my daily dose of Omega 3s with a supplement that isn't nasty or fishy smelling. I have actually bitten into these softgels, and there is no nasty taste, and no lingering smell. This product contains a delicious mix of algae oil and Astazanthin to aid in the digestion of the body-required Omega 3, and it's an easily taken, in a two times per day, dosage. As with most new supplements, I cannot immediately notice a difference in how this product is helping my body work more effectively, yet I know from research and past experience that adding Omega 3s to my diet is highly beneficial and necessary. This is an excellent product, comes with all the necessary ingredients to help aid in absorption, and is easy to take without any nasty taste or fishy smell. Take it from me, your body will thank you for using this Pure & Essential Omega 3 & Astaxanthin. It's a top quality product!
