There is 660 mg OMEGA-3 (410 mg EPA, 250 mg DHA) in each capsule, and as a bonus, it includes 1000 mg of Vitamin D3. So, depending on your Vitamin D needs, you may not need an additional D3 supplement. The capsule is a little larger than I expected but is easily swallowed. I have never experienced a fishy taste.
