Iberia Premium Blend Sunflower Oil & Extra Virgin Olive Oil 68 fl oz

I was told by the cardiologist that it is imporant to cook with an oil that is good for the body. This why I like this oil. It is expensive per bottle but lasts for months. It is good in recipes of all sorts and even though I buy it I don't fry lots if foods. I find the taste is lite not heavy like veg, crisco, or many of the other oils and doesn't require a heart transplant after you use it. The two oils found in this bottle are known to have some health benefits.

I cook with a lot of olive oil. I got tired of going broke to name brand olive oils, so I switched to this brand. I have saved so much money over time with the Iberia blend of sunflower and olive oil. I really enjoy how neutral the oil is and how all my dishes and dressings have turned out amazingly delicious. The only difference I find between this olive oil blend and past olive oils I used is that I don't get the tickle in the back of my throat. Anyone that knows the difference between a true olive oil and a blend will understand.
