Replacing an original faucet was easy, but...

There was a white, powdery substance on the type of the aerator which kept the water from coming out the spout after installation. Luckily, an email to support help rendered a quick response for a solution. I just which they had included the two possible solutions in the same email with the removal of the aerator first, being the easier, and then the instructions to clear the two valves. Its a minor quible on the whole.

Good faucet
