Happy with the quality, design, and ease of use.

This retractable cord reel works exceptionally well. It was easy to install in my garage. I hung it from the ceiling I the middle of my garage so that I would have access to a cord anywhere I needed. The mounting bracket is very strong and sturdy. The cord is 55 feet long so it reaches any where in my garage with plenty of extra. It retracts smoothly and evenly. I have not had any handfuls or tangles so far. The case Is very well made and durable.
