Never again!!!
Who would have guessed this product would be broken, yes, the handle is broken. How about used with dried rice inside the heating area? The box was the original box from the manufacturer. I've tried sending the vendor an note from Walmart site, it would not go through. I'm disappointed Walmart recommended this company. More disappointed that I can't even mail it back. I've never experienced this...ever.
