This is really good. We bought it for our new born baby, but honestly, we used it EVERY DAY before the baby is born. So far, we really love it. It's light and easy to carry around. It offers lots of different sound effects and time duration. It also comes with a warm-tone light which can be easily turned away from your eyes to avoid any light and served as night light. You can lock it for random touch as well. It's honestly PERFECT and as good as many big well-know brand. Buy it earlier as it does smell a bit like plastic, but after using it openly for about 1-2 weeks, the smell is gone.

This was purchased as a replacement for a 20 year-old sound machine, for use by an adult. I like that it is small and can be used with the cord to prevent it from going silent during the night. The sound choices are varied and can be set to different volume levels. Be aware that if you want to use the night light it is pretty bright, even on dim.
