Great Supplement for Muscle Recovery

I highly recommend these after working out. I can tell the difference if I take these it speeds up recovery and energy. Initially, I got this for for muscle recovery but I have heard a lot of people on tiktok saying its good for weight loss. Honestly, i do not know if that is certain. But i love these supplements. I just wish they werent so expensive.

Excellent Amino replenishing supplement

I love NOW products; totally affordable, and just as effective, if not better than the pricier supplement brands out there. I ran out of my L-glutamine recently and I could definitely tell it; my body and mind seemed sluggish and, well, lazy. I use other NOW supplements as well and there are some that I consider essential; this is one of them.
