Really like the Skinny brand pasta alternative.

The cost is something I am not a fan of. It is a bit on the pricier end. However, I do like the "taste", texture and ease of use of this pasta for a low carb or gluten free diet. I have tried the wide noodles, orzo and spaghetti in various dishes and it came out just fine for me. Do they replace flour pasta in everything - no. However, as an alternative to regular pasta these are just right. I also like that they have no foul smell or anything. I just rinse it under water for 10 sec and stir it with whatever I am cooking.

I'm so excited to have found Skinny Rice, something that had been lacking in my low-carb diet. There isn't an odor and it 'plays nicely' with anything you pair it with. I use it in place of traditional rice and one of my favorite uses is to add it to my low-carb ramen. The addition turns the ramen into a hearty and filling meal.

It's convenience is nice. Heat up, add flavor/spices %26 your cravings, cheese, meatballs, chicken, beef, vegetables. I melt cheese on it, add sliced cooked carrots, potatoes%26 onions. Konjak, gluten-free. Thank you! I don't like rice or eat it. I like the Konjak rice. Lil things hard to get out of%26 back in the bag, lose some 😁 Good fiber source,drink plenty of water.
