This may be a nice quality product but due to a great deal of negligence in its packaging for shipment, it arrived badly damaged. The lid was crammed down inside the vessel which was totally bent to such a degree that the lid could not even be taken out of it. The cups were poorly protected as well in a thin flimsy paper which was torn and at least the cup which was wrapped in the torn paper has a huge gash on it. The product may be worth at least 3 stars but in the condition it arrived in, it's hard to say. The experience was about 1 star so I gave an average of 2 stars. I'm disappointed as I was really looking forward to receiving this and now I have to go to the trouble to return it. I can't recommend this product because no care was taken at all in packaging it to be sent to the customer.
