Great product and crappy customer service!

I love Tree Hut products. What I do NOT love is receiving a defective package, wherein the product has leaked all over. I also do not love when Walmart customer service tells me that I must take the busted item to the nearest Walmart store for refund or replacement. If I could easily get to a Walmart store, I wouldn't have ordered items online to begin with!
