Review of my Asus CX1700 Chromebook.

The Asus CX1700 exceeded my expectations. As a retired programmer, I of course used windows. I feel very strongly that the average person does not need the power and complexity of windows. Maneuvering around windows can be painful and unnecessarily difficult. That's why I chose the simplicity of a large (18 inch) Android tablet as my desktop. When it became outdated, I found that there weren't really any such large Android tablets available. When I discovered that Chromebooks allowed you to install Android apps I felt it made them a sort of an Android Hybrid. The Asus CX1700 does everything my previous Large Android tablet did plus much more and much better. It's peppy and reliable; its screen is large and clear. I think it's a much better choice then a Windows laptop for the average user.
