Where is the Quality Control from this vendor??
I purchased this set of stools as a replacement to ones that I previously received that were broken and looked like someone took a hammer to them. Since I returned those I ordered a new 2nd set, we put the 'newest set' together (FYI it was missing a tool) and once we looked at the stools they clearly were previously returned as there was something spilled all over them and the seats were worn and the nail heads were a different color . TYPICALLY when I purchase a 'NEW' item, I prefer to be the person to wear them out not someone else, that I don't know. It doesn't make sense why you would re-sell something used and not check it first. This is not Walmart's fault, the blame goes to the vendor that sells this CRAP and gets their money without question.
