I have always gotten the regular size Penne. Saw mini Penne while on my last online shopping. Great option for casseroles. I have been making them with tuna and veggies with combos of shredded Velveeta and finely shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese. When they are cooked, are bigger than expected but still just right.
