Missing parts, terrible customer service Tenergy
I ordered this combo pack and Tenergy only sent 12 of the 16 batteries. I have emailed their customer service group 4 times just asking them to send the missing batteries but have not heard from them. It is not a good deal for the money if I don't get all 16 batteries.
