This Set of 5 Utopia Fitness Loop Resistant Bands for working out, stretching and strength training, are wonderful! Each one of them is a different color, there's red, blue, black, green and yellow. and they range in stretchy strengths of extra light, light, medium, heavy, and extra heavy. So when you're using them depending on which one you use, they're harder to stretch, so the resistance is greater. And in my opinion, that's important so that every Fitness level can take advantage of these, and if you're doing an exercise you're just starting, usually in my opinion, you have to start with something a little bit lighter and then progress into a stronger resistance and with these, you would be able to do that really well, in my opinion. I also love the little fabric pouch that comes with them, with a drawstring so that you can put them all in the little pouch and just take them with you, or store them. this will be a great addition to my workouts and I look forward to using these, for a variety of exercises, strength training and stretching.

This is the first set of resistance bands I've bought in my entire life. I've been trying to grow my glutes with body weight only but it wasn't enough. I saw people using resistance bands in videos and decided to get some myself. I love these! So many different ones and they're all comfortable. The bag to store them in is tiny but perfect. You could store it in a purse easily. Love the brand logo and the design of the bands. I recommend these bands!
