Decent drill

This grill is decent quality, not extraordinary. Power level and drilling speed are good though. Box and material quality are not the best, but does the job of drilling, and great that it comes with many sized screw heads. Also good that it comes with two batteries.

Missing accessories, Used tool, Not new!

I was sent a very used, very beat up product from this company. Half of the bits, accessories and such weren't even in the box. There are scuff marks and visible grease stains on the paper instructions, the tool itself and batteries. I get that I received this as an incentivised item but I don't deserve broken, scratched, missing parts items. Then I had to wait forever for the item to get here. The tool was shipped in a very thin polymailer that was ripped upon delivery. I'm shocked it even made it with the fact there was zero protection for the tool and box it was in. I do not recommend this company for anything. This was very wrong of them to send incomplete and very used item and then actually expected to receive a decent review for it.
