I used to buy the mint flavor and I switched to the cinnamon nut swirl for a different taste. Generally speaking, I'm not really a fan of cinnamon roll flavored foods, BUT this was absolutely amazing and delicious! Just when you think it can't get any better, CLIF outperforms itself and it's competition!

Sometimes I get tired of all high-protein bars and snacks being peanut and/or chocolate flavored. This cinnamon bar is a great way to break that monotony. Bonus: tastes terrific with coffee! Cliff builder bars in general have a much better texture than some other protein bars and are more pleasant to eat.

The Cinnamon Nut Swirl bar is my fave. It distinguishes itself from all the others by NOT tasting like sawdust, NOT being covered in fake chocolate, NOT sitting like a rock in the bottom of my stomach, NOT leaving me hungry again half an hour after I eat it, and -- 'scuse me, going to go have one for breakfast now. :)
