I dont know whether to speak on the truck or the delivery of it. it was dropped off, and it clearly says on the box, "This side up." It was upside down. when I started putting it together, some pieces were bent and turned the blue plastic white. Some of the reassembled items popped out of place. My son really wanted it, so i just kept it. My son loves it, and he's 5. That's all the matters.
