I was looking for a new set of cookware after passing my set to my oldest. I have been using stainless stell for many years but thought I'd expand and try the new triple ply set. I am super happy with my choice. First, you need to know that cooking with stainless takes time but once you understand how you'll never use anything else. The triple ply cooks evenly and effectively all the way to the edge and up the sides. This is my favorite set and through Cuisinart you know that you are getting a quality product.
