Bicycle parts incorrectly packaged!

The bicycle looks beautiful, but doesn't run fast. One of the parts like a bracket under the seat by a tube was too small We couldn't close it and frustrated us. We took it to the bicycle shop .and it was confirmed to us that the bracket was too small. Too much money for a bicycle that doesn't run fast!
