In a small town somewhere in America, there's a city zoo. The inhabitants of this zoo are called Zoozeez. These are fun-loving creatures, but they are bored living in the cages that keep them separated and protected.
One day, they all leave the zoo to explore the town. They have so much fun, they decide to move out of the zoo. But can they survive in the town on their own? Follow their adventure and find out.
As a former kindergarten teacher, Kathy Kelliher always dreamed of writing a children's book. Recently, when Hurricane Ian struck, she evacuated to a friend's home in Lebanon TN. The concept and characters for this book emerged while she was being driven home by John David Cunningham. In choosing the animals to include in the story, she selected names of family members and friends for each of them.
Ms. Kelliher lives in Ellenton, FL. And as she restores her home from the damage of the storm, she is planning the next books in the series. She is also contemplating creating merchandise based on the characters.
