Meh, the material is a bit stiff to be lounge ware. It kept riding up in the crotch area, not very comfortable. It fits exact with extra large pockets on sides by thighs and deep pockets at side. Maybe that extra material should have gone into the crotch area. Not very satisfied with this product to review.
