Good parts and great service

This was my first time changing the front power window driver side on my 2004 Honda Pilot. The video was extremely helpful however it should include the necessary reconnection of the inside door panel to make the motor work and align it with the window.

Quick Free Delivery

The price was good, delivery was free and came in 3 days. It was the right part and video showing how to install it was great. I tried testing it before totally reassembling the door and it didn't work. I was sure I had all the necessary wires connected, so I called 1A and the lady said they'd send another one, no big deal. This was on a Saturday and the new one would ship Monday. I went back out. left the regulator installed and reassembled the door so we could drive it. The regulator worked. I didn't have the courtesy light plugged in on the previous test. Who would have thought I need the courtesy light plugged in to operate the window? I called back and cancelled the replacement. Really good service.
