The bed skirt is exactly as described. The color is perfect. The design made it super easy to put on the bed. I did not have to remove any bedding to install the skirt. The elastic fits above and below the top of the frame keeping the skirt in place. The skirt fits around the sides and foot of the bed with elastic straps around the head of the bed. This will accommodate any design of headboard or be fine without a headboard. I shortened the length of the skirt for my particular application. Out of the package it will be excellent for dorm beds or a bed with a 32-inch-tall frame. It is well made and machine washable. I was asked to review this bed skirt, and I think it is a great product.

This “dorm” bed skirt turned out to be far more versatile than expected. I needed a simple hack to hide the clutter under a tall table in my office, and the 32" drop made this a perfect solution. I wrapped the elasticized band around the table edge and secured it with clips at the corners and small pieces of painter’s tape along the top. It holds well, but I plan to switch to Velcro for a more permanent setup. The fabric is soft (even after washing) and has a nice drape. There are four corner vents, which actually help with placement and fit. Coverage was better than I anticipated. While not a heavy fabric, it isn’t flimsy either. I deducted one star for color. It was advertised as beige, but what I received is closer to ivory/off-white. Fortunately, it still works in my space, so I kept it. This would work perfectly on a dorm bed as the elastic 'belt' is more substantial than others I have seen.
