This works well to reduce inflammation in one or two limited areas. My only complaint is that the dosage needed is more than you would expect, and to get best relief, you need to get it rubbed in. Expect 15-30 minutes for each application. But you can get relief thst is not possible with the normal oral drugs.

Kirk's Castile soap smells fresh, just like when you hang clothes outdoors. The soap lathers very well and smells awesome, not like a flower or perfume, but a clean fresh smell, if you don't like flowery smells or perfumey fragrances this is the soap for you! Plus it cleans very well, it leaves you feeling fresh ands squeaky fresh. Highly recommend it. I only wish they made laundry detergent that smelled just like the original scented Kirk's Castile soap.
