If you want a clean feeling ands clean scent
Kirk's Castile soap smells fresh, just like when you hang clothes outdoors. The soap lathers very well and smells awesome, not like a flower or perfume, but a clean fresh smell, if you don't like flowery smells or perfumey fragrances this is the soap for you! Plus it cleans very well, it leaves you feeling fresh ands squeaky fresh. Highly recommend it. I only wish they made laundry detergent that smelled just like the original scented Kirk's Castile soap.

Because I take Eliquis, I have to be very careful with oral anti-inflammatory medications and made sure to discuss this topical option with my doctor before using it. Obviously everyone should check with their own physician regarding interactions and safety, especially with blood thinners. That said, this gel has been a genuinely helpful addition to my “keep functioning like a normal adult” toolkit. It is not some miracle cure that suddenly makes decades of wear and tear disappear, but it absolutely seems to help take the edge off joint and muscle pain in certain areas. I also appreciate being able to target specific spots without taking oral ibuprofen-type medications that could create additional risks for me personally. Overall: easy to apply, not overly greasy, and useful enough that it has earned a regular place in the cabinet.
