Bait %26 Switch or Honest Mistake?

I haven't used the product yet as I am still waiting for resolution between what I ordered (one pkg of 6 units) and what I received ( one pkg of 1 unit). Image on left in picture shows that I ordered a pkg of 6 units. Image on right in picture shows that I received a pkg of 1 unit. I have contacted Walmart twice and Walmart has contacted the seller both times. Each time the seller has replied asking me to be patient as they try to resolve the issues with my order. This began in October and it is now mid December. I'm thinking that I have been extremely patient up to this point, but also getting very frustrated.
