New smell is not the best.

This new scent is so bad. I have never left a review online before but I am sitting down doing homework right now and the scent of the new "original" dawn dish soap is overpowering my whole kitchen, I tried to clean it off my counters and the bottle but the scent is still here. To make things worse, it smells like mildew. PLEASE can we go back to the other soap scent? I loved this soap before :( 5 stars for original soap.

The New Scent is HORRIBLE

I have used Dawn for over 30 years, then about 1.5 years ago, something changed either with me or the soap, and my fingertips started peeling and cracking. As my first step, I stopped using Dawn, and my hands cleared up. I decided to give it another try and I bought a new bottle last weekend, and the scent is HORRID. It's very perfumy, very strong, I could smell it in my pots and pans after washing them. After one use, I gave it away. So, I guess it's back to Palmolive antibacterial and Ivory. Palmolive green "original" scent has changed, too. Let's just leave the classics alone, can we!?

Not the same

I was using Dawn since the 1990's. The new formula has changed in ways other than the fragrance, which not only smells bad, but irritates the nasal passages. It is impossible to remove the suds from plastics without using vinegar. Also, I need to wear gloves when I use it as my skin started to peel. I see that the formula has also changed and the liquid is much thinner. Switching to Palmolive.
