It was delivered with the box partially open so that when I was trying to bring the box inside, parts were falling g put the bottom. One of the holes in the trundle was thredded too bog so the bolt just comes in and out therefore you are unable to lock it in place. I have tried to contact the number given, had to leave a message, and no one has called me back.
