Only one shelf and not sturdy

Its not what they advertised. It only has 1 tier not 2 as it is advertised. It isn't as sturdy as it looks. It says it is expandable and it is, but if you do extend it all the way (or even 3/4 of the way) there isn't enough support to hold any type of weight. Some light things, but nothing like what they show in the add. Also in the advertisement, they have some pictures with one shelf and other pictures with two shelves. As I said before, there is only one.
