Now that's a spatula!!

First of all, it is gray. I was a bit apprehensive about spending so much on a spatula, but I really like to make my own wraps and crepes, so it's been a struggle to get a good set-up being a very frugal person. This is absolutely worth it for how much easier it's made my life!! When you use oats, lentils, and chia seeds, it can be incredibly difficult to get the flexibility and support that's required for them not to tear. This has about a centimeter of flex at the tip and the rest of it is very strong and stable. Perfect! I wish I would have gotten this ages ago!!

I love this. It's so easy to flip pancakes and omelets to stay in one piece. Platinum silicone is the highest grade and must meet high safety standards for food safety. BPA free. Well constructed with a perfectly flat surface that tapers on top to a narrow slightly flexible bevel so it's easy to get under or separate two pancakes that run together. Cushioned 7-inch handle reaches easily into pans and fits in the dishwasher.

Silicone Pancake Turner

This is such a nice silicone pancake turner. Very well made, it is heat resistant up to 446°F, BPA free, nonstick and is dishwasher safe. It has a very comfortable silicone handle as well. It's a perfect size for flipping larger foods. The Skillet(not included) in the picture is 10” to give an idea of the size of the turner. I haven't used it with pancakes yet but I did use it for a large grilled cheese on sourdough bread and it worked great!😃
