not to bad shaving kit

the shaver pulls hair bad when using it. the nose trimmer doesn't work at all it wouldn't cut any hair from my nose or my ear or my face for that matter. i tried to cut some hair from my mustache and it wouldn't cut anything. the main sheers are very sharp and work great. the next size down sheers work ok but not as they should.
