Unit arrived. Installation was as expected for a unit like this. Unfortunately can't speak to its performance because it tripped upon startup with a PS5 code. Called customer support and I'll say they have been responsive. As we stand, they agreed to a replacement or refund. Not wanting to go through this again, I requested the refund. Now I have to uninstall, repackage and ship back. At least they sent FedEx labels.
