Snoqualmie Falls Lodge Old Fashioned Pancake & Waffle Mix, Just Add Water, 4 lb

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been my go-to pancake mix for a long time. I happened upon it by chance at the store while looking for a water only pancake mix and I’ve never looked back. I consistently get fluffy, delicious pancakes with this mix and have nothing bad to say about the product itself. I AM however kinda sad about the rebrand. The old bag was extremely charming and I appreciated how I could roll it down and compact it as I used it. This newer rebranded version came in a box with a plastic bag inside that I found harder to scoop out of and overall messier. I prefer just scooping right from the old paper bag! No liner needed. Anyway, minor complaint about an otherwise perfect product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We do pancakes a lot. Make it from scratch, buy mixes, make em fancy, make em simple. Snoqualmie Falls Lodge Pancakes are really, really good. At first, I was a bit skeptical going off of the instructions on the box as it seemed a bit too watery for a pancake batter. To my surprise, the batter may be thin but the pancakes are so deliciously fluffy and flavorful that I became a huge fan right away. They smell and taste amazing, cook really easy, and don't leave any mess when they come off of the pan.
