very firm, let expand for 2 to 3 days

Let expand for 2 to 3 days, even flip over for one day to let expand better on top and bottom, it got super firm, i am about 230 pounds and its very firm even after a week of use, was told to walk on it to make it softer but I like it firm. it is a little warm if never used a memory foam mattress before but just use less blankets. fills my queen size bed frame very well and after letting it expand right side up for a day then flipping it upside down for a day it is 12" plus in thickness. no smell bad and came in a easy to move box that says about 40 pounds but feels like 60 to 70 so have two people to move it in the box and set it up.
