This is my second Takeya Active bottle. I am building a supply as I move away from disposable plastic water bottles that will soon be regulated out of the market. The spout is perfect for me as it runs pretty close to size of a plastic water bottle that I am used to. I like the fact that I can open the top completely and add ice or just drink through the spout without totally removing the cap, and then subsequently, dropping or losing it. It is also a great feature that it doesn't sweat and get things wet around it. It does an excellent job keeping liquids cold in it. However, you have to either add ice or allow enough time in the fridge for it to get cold. The insulation keeps the liquid at a steady temperature for quite awhile so if it is room temperature it will stay that way longer than other bottles that would get colder quicker in the fridge. I know that sounds pretty simplistic but it caught me off guard when I first started using this product. Another comment I have is that the first bottle I purchased was the navy one and the second color is pebble which is a light gray. If you wear lipstick, you can easily see the color deposit on the light gray spout after drinking and that's not an appetizing look. Either buy a darker color or in my case I will simply order another lid that is dark and use it if I am wearing lipstick. The lipstick washes off easily when you are finished but is not something I want to look at when I'm still drinking. The 24 oz is an awkward fit in my golf cart cup holder and in my car. I can make it work but would prefer to have a portable band that I can move up or down to create a tighter fit as needed. Just an idea. Overall this is the only product I will buy and it "Ticks All My Boxes".

i actually bought 3 of the 40oz insulated water bottles. Besides the Fire color, i bought the blue and also the yellow one. I absolutely love them. I have inter changed the colors and even with the caps being a different color is just as awesome. I wish you would see the colored tops instead of the black. Other than that love your product and always will buy from Takeya!! Thank you
