Product Overview of PSXMemCard
Core function: A ps 1 (PS1) memory card alternative based on the Raspberry PI RP2040 chip.
Compatibility: Supports all PS1 consoles and for * (PS1 games only), and can completely replace the original memory card.
Storage capacity: Supports TF cards () with a maximum capacity of 512GB, and approximately 8,000 archives can be stored per GB.
Open source project: Developed based on dangiu/PicoMemcard.
Core advantage: Solves the problem of permanent storage of game saves.

Precautions for Use
Requirements for archived files
Format: Only.mcr files are supported (you can manually rename.mcd to.mcr).
Size: It must be strictly 128KB (131,072 bytes).
Naming rule: Name in numerical order (such as 0.MCR, 1.MCR...) The file with the smallest number is automatically loaded upon startup.
save files with the handle
The controller needs to be inserted into the same slot as the PSXMemCard.
The next archive: START + SELECT + Up arrow key
Previous save: START + SELECT + down arrow key
To create a new blank archive: START + SELECT + △ key
Status * light description
Status LED display: SD card reading failed, continuous flashing, data not synchronized ( do not turn of) The extinguished data has been synchronized and constantly lit. The save was successful. It flashed rapidly 3 times. It has reached the end of the save list. It flashed rapidly 9 times. The new save was successful. It flashed continuously at an extremely fast speed
Important note: After saving the game, be sure to wait for the LED to go out before shutting down, otherwise you may lose progress!
Warning Matters
Do not connect a PC (USB) and a PSX console simultaneously, as it may damage the device.
Make sure the archive file format is correct (128KB,.mcr suffix).
Other format archives can be converted and used with MemcardRex.
