i really wanted to love these shorts so so much but there's a big problem with the sizing. i am 5ft 5in tall %26 weigh 116lbs. i bought 3 pair of these shorts in 3 different colors %26 all of them were bought in a size medium. most of the time a size a medium either runs a tad bit big or just right on me no matter what brand it is. all of my soffe brand shorts are a size medium and fit perfectly. these though, they were really tight %26 definitely smaller than my size medium shorts in other styles. i measured the waist on them vests my other brands and styles just to confirm that the sizing was off compared to the size charts. I'm not sure if they were mislabeled or if they are truly this small as I've not purchased any more of them, but, if i knew that they had more colors %26 if they weren't running small, i would purchase them again. i love the style and feel of the fabric. they're definitely made well. not cheap feeling material either.
