The towels are large enough to wrap around yourself and tuck in the end. They are 100% cotton and soft and absorbent. The texture makes them to appear as a higher priced towel. They are a modestly priced luxury towel.

The listing shows towels with hooks. Mine do not have hooks. No big deal, though. I like the thickness. Not too thick and not too thin. I also like the fluffiness and softness. When towels are too soft, they don't seem to dry very well, and when they are too stiff, they are too rough on the skin. These are just right. The listing states that these are anti-microbial, but doesn't say how they are made anti-microbial. With silver ions, copper oxide, chemicals, or natural fibers? The muted blue-grey goes well with both my farm-style bathroom in blues, reds, and yellows, and my sea-themed bathroom in blue-green shades. The color is more of a battleship blue or pigeon than blue.
