Net weight: 100 g Preparation Instructions Water Bath Method Submerge the pouch in hot—but not boiling—water (approx. 75°C) for about 5 minutes, until the glaze has melted. Using a cloth or towel, remove the pouch from the container and knead it several times to ensure a smooth, uniform consistency. Cut off a corner of the pouch. Spread the glaze over the cooled cake or pastry. Any unused glaze can be cooled and stored for later use. Microwave Method Place the pouch upright in a microwave oven set to a maximum power of 360 W and heat for approximately 1 minute. The glaze is ready to use once it has become liquid. Repeat the process if necessary. (Heating times may vary depending on the microwave oven). Caution! The product may be hot. Do not heat an opened pouch of glaze in the microwave.
