Wow! This dough maker is amazing!

It is large, but made a 2 cup flour dough perfectly. I put a 16 ounce water bottle in the picture for you to understand the size. I didn't know there was a difference in dough makers but there is. My old machine always made sticky dough, no matter what I did it was always sticky and would shrink and not stay stretched. This machine is amazing. It made a dough that was perfect. Easy to stretch and shape. It didn't shrink. I will be making a lot more pizzas now.

Fantastic dough mixer

This is a fantastic dough mixer. It's stainless steel, holds almost 7 quarts, and is a real arm saver! I've used it to make bread, cookies, pasta and naan so far, and everything has come out perfect. The fermentation feature works great as well. The machine suctions to your countertop, so no worries about it moving. Plus it's not super loud. Overall, a great addition to anyone's kitchen!

My friend has one, and when I saw this one, and at the price, I had to have it. I love that its large, its top loading, nothing blocking my way as I add flour, water, etc. The motor in on the bottom of the unit and it is strong. It mixes well, I can do cookie dough, bread dough, pasta dough, pizza dough, pie crust. If you can mix it this can do it. It is price fair for the quality it is. 5 out of 5.
