Wow! Not that expected this to be complicated; but this was one of the first plug and play items I have had in years. It is a simple, yet stylish device. The arm articulates without effort and stays firmly in place regardless of the position. Great cord saver and time saver. I highly recommend!!

The packaging this is delivered in was good, charger and all pieces were inside a plastic bag within a box (so no rain worries!). There was a small amount of packaging within the box to minimize damage as well. The charger is working as described. It holds my iPhone 16 Plus well on the magnetic arm. I plugged in the base and no other setup was involved to begin charging my phone, which was fantastic! I expected a "pairing" of the base and device, but that was not needed. No pairing required. Tada! This makes this charger exceptionally easy to begin using. I am extremely impressed with the quality construction of this charger too. It's sturdy and solid, though not too heavy, so I could set it near me on a table and begin using right away though I was in arm nerve pain (and I am a senior so the weight of things is important when it comes to gadgets). I couldn't be more pleased with this charger and highly recommend it.
