Warranty information
I. Warranty Scope
This warranty policy applies to brand-new products purchased [Please specify the place of purchase]. In the event that, under normal usage conditions, the product has defects in materials or workmanship, warranty services will be provided in accordance with this policy.
II. Situations Not Covered by the Warranty
Although we are committed to providing high-quality products, the following situations are not covered by this warranty policy:
1.Man-made Damage: This includes but is not limited to damage to the product's appearance, internal components, or functional failures caused by improper user operation, negligence, abuse (such as overcharging, using the product in extreme environments like high temperature and high humidity), accidental drops, collisions, or squeezes. For example, there are obvious man-made scratches or cracks on the product casing, or the internal circuits are broken due to the user's self-disassembly of the product.
2.Unauthorized Repair or Modification: If the product has been repaired, disassembled, or modified by maintenance personnel not authorized by our company, or if components not approved by our company have been used for replacement, any resulting malfunctions or damages will not be eligible for warranty services. Even if the product is still within the warranty period, the above-mentioned actions may undermine the product's original quality assurance system and safety.
3.Normal Wear and Tear: Natural wear and tear that occurs during the normal use of the product, such as slight fading of the product casing or normal wear of the buttons, falls within the scope of normal wear and tear and is not covered by the warranty. Meanwhile, performance degradation caused by software-related issues such as cache accumulation and system compatibility problems (not due to software quality issues of the product itself) is also not covered by the warranty. Users can resolve such issues on their own through normal software cleaning, updating, and other operations.
4.Force Majeure Factors: Our company will not assume warranty liability for product damage caused by force majeure events, such as earthquakes, floods, fires, lightning strikes, wars, or government actions, which are unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable objective circumstances. However, whenever possible, our company will assist users in seeking reasonable solutions.
III. Warranty Process
1.Problem Detection and Warranty Application: When users discover that the product may have issues covered by the warranty, they should promptly contact our company's customer service department. When applying for warranty, users must provide detailed information such as the product model, purchase date, purchase voucher (such as an electronic invoice or order screenshot), and a clear description of the problem. Please attach photos or videos related to the problem so that the customer service personnel can quickly and accurately understand the situation.
2.Replacement:
If the product has serious quality problems and cannot be restored to normal use through repair, or if the repair cost is too high (evaluated by our company to reach a certain proportion), and the product is still within the warranty period, our company will replace the product with a brand-new product of the same model or equivalent performance (if the model has been discontinued, it will be replaced with a substitute model). The warranty period of the replaced product will continue for the remaining warranty period of the original product.
