Be cautious when ordering online- check in store!

Bought this online originally and it came destroyed…I mean totally unfixable. BUT I was able to swap it out at the Walmart near me with no issues. They even built it for me for free in store. My daughter was so excited to get home and ride it. Great customer service from Walmart.

Because it had to ship overseas the bicycle rim was bent but Schwinn sent us a free rim replacement. However I still had to take the tire tube off and reinstall on the new rim. Schwinn seems reputable and We haven't had any issues since assembly.
