Thick and rich with little chunks of cheese, I tried this because it won the taste test on America's Test Kitchen. It is just great blue cheese flavor perfect on salads and chicken fingers and onion rings. Not sweet or slimy or salty, no weird herbs added. Worth the price, and a permanent staple in our household.

While this says chunky, there are only bits of Blue cheese in the jar. I didn't expect a lot after reading reviews online. That said what sets this apart from all the grocery store brands, refrigerated or not, is the taste. This is what real blue cheese dressing should taste like. Tangy with a great blue cheese flavor.
