Good stuff!
I love this stuff for a dipping sauce %26 to put over rice or lo mien. Strictly speaking it's not really duck sauce, which usually has pineapple in it, %26 this is made from apricots. At least, other duck sauces I've known had pineapple. I'm not Chinese so I don't know which is right.
