Texas Pete is my favorite hot sauce. I have tried other sauces, but they do not measure up to Texas Pete in my opinion. It's not so hot that it would take the flavor of your food, whether it be chicken, fish, ribs, etc. It depends upon the amount of sauce you use; that will be satisfying to your taste.
